Knight Frank hired me to write regular blogs and social media copy, to improve their France website pages for readability and SEO purposes, and to provide original articles for their flagship publications International View, Alpine View and Italian View.
International View: Project Development
After meeting the international management, marketing and sales teams and doing my own research I identified a number of topics that I thought would make appealing articles.
For example, at the time there was a discernible trend emerging, particularly in Europe, for wine produced in small boutique vineyards. Knight Frank research confirmed that these vineyards were experiencing verifiable success within the wine industry. At the same time sales negotiators confirmed an increase in demand – from a particular sort of billionaire – for boutique vineyards as a rewarding investment. With the help of the marketing team I reached out to a respected boutique vintner based in Italy and pitched the idea of an interview about the challenges and rewards of setting up a boutique wine label. The piece proved popular with clients and the Knight Frank team.

Alpine View: Project Development
The Knight Frank Alpine sales team identified key areas to highlight in the Alpine View magazine. I researched each area and created articles to bring each of these distinct regions to life for the reader. This content was used to good effect on the website as well as in print – adding considerable SEO content value and genuine interest for readers. |
